KRAN primarily works with young refugees and asylum seekers who are looked-after children, or those leaving care under the age of 26, and has expertise in these fields. We have recently seen a big increase in referrals, but we do not have the knowledge, expertise or capacity to help adults. We are not an emergency housing provider.

We are authorised by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) to provide immigration advice and services at Level 1 in the categories of Asylum/Protection and Immigration. We are not currently permitted to represent asylum seekers in their protection claims. If we are unable to directly assist you, we will try our best to refer or signpost you to another advice provider in our network.
